Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Crimes Compliance Lead
Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations and quality assurance reviews related to
financial crimes compliance, including BSA, AML, and OFAC
Analyze complex information sets to identify suspicious activities
and document findings in a case management system
Provide training and feedback to team members while ensuring
adherence to client policies and procedures
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and 6 to 7
years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial
crimes compliance, including BSA and OFAC
Experience in composing and filing Suspicious Activity Reports
(SAR)
Ability to detect red flags for potential financial crimes through
transaction analysis
CAMS certification is preferred
