SummaryThales is currently looking for a Senior RF Design Engineer
whose main responsibilities for the position include designing RF
circuitry (the ability to design circuitry and system from concept
to production), system design, analysis and RF support for the
engineering team.Regulatory Compliance RequirementsMust be a U.S.
Person as defined by applicable law, or otherwise authorized or
eligible for authorization, to access to hardware, software,
technology or technical data controlled under the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration
Regulations (EAR).Key Areas of ResponsibilityTake a leading
technical role in the design and development of navigation aid
systems and subsystems and participate in design and requirements
reviews.Write requirements documents for RF systems and circuits
and Tune, test, develop and document RF systems and circuitry in a
lab environment.Design and develop, Receiver, Synthesizer and
Transmitters for Microwave Frequencies.Design and develop filters,
power dividers, couplers, oscillators, low-noise amplifiers and
other RF circuitry.Generate schematics, perform component placement
and support layout design.Analyze and develop systems concepts
incorporating link budgets, statistical performance analysis, and
thermal analysis.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline with a
minimum of 8+ years of relevant engineering work experience5+ years
of recent experience in RF Design.Ability to efficiently operate
and use laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum
Analyzers, Network Analyzer, Signal Generators.At least 3 years of
experience in the area of Communication Systems RF Component/
Circuit level design and RF propagation.Demonstrated experience
with RF and Analog Hardware simulation tools.Experience with
Microsoft Office Products, Schematic Capture, and Layout.If you're
