Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Governance, Risk and
Compliance to oversee the GRC framework and ensure alignment with
industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the GRC team, providing guidance and support for successful
execution of tasks
Conduct risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and audit
coordination
Lead the development and delivery of GRC training programs and
policy updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a
related field
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in GRC, risk management,
or compliance roles
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry
standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and relevant GRC tools such as
ServiceNow
