This Senior Manager should have demonstrated leadership experience in engineering development and/or program management and should include experience leading major development proposal efforts. Key competencies/skills required for this position include:Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience in project/systems engineering, including proposal management, requirements analysis, development of architecture and technical specifications, interface control documents, test plans and procedures, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project and/or personnel management and leadership experience, building cohesive/collaborative teams.
  • Understanding of and experience with business development processes/lifecycle with an emphasis on capture and proposal planning and proposal development
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • Experience with all aspects of Military Standard Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) including: Design, Implementation, Transition to Manufacturing, and Maintenance
  • Experience and in depth understanding of SATCOM and Space communication systems
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and management skills, including Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
