Job Description:

**Quality Complaints AssociateShift ** Monday-Friday 9am -5 pm3 month assignmentJob will be to review and approve parent complaint records in our quality management system. They might be asked to do batch record retrieval, and sample inspections as well but this would be minimal.
Responsibilities-

Complaint ***** Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
Quality ***** Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes. This includes conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
***** Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including complaint logs, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
Process ***** Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions.
Regulatory ***** Ensure that all quality processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
