Job Description:

Immediate positions available to work with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. We're seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

    Responsibilities:
    
    • 
      
    • Teach children while playing and following a treatment plan specific to each child
      
    • Observe, play, and collect data to write progress notes
      
    • Help children learn essential life skills such as motor skills, social skills, and emotional skills
      
    • Work with children to shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
      
    • Make a positive impact in the life of a child
      
      Requirements:
      
      • 
        
      • Prior experience working with children
        
      • Lots of energy, playfulness, creativity, and ability to think on your feet
        
      • Dependability and ability to be counted on by clients and their families
        
      • Ability to constantly get up and down from the floor and move quickly
        
      • Tech savviness and comfort with learning data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
        
      • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care to clients
        
      • Interest in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective
